Our program provides an opportunity for neighbors over the age of 60 to socialize, access meals, and resources within the Syracuse Northeast Community Center.
Senior Transportation
Our program provides transportation for neighbors over the age of 60 to medical appointments, grocery shopping, banking, and personal care appointments directly from the individuals home.
