  • Inclusive Alliance IPA

    Syracuse Northeast Community Center is a member of the Inclusive Alliance IPA whose purpose is to clinically integrate a diverse, innovative network of providers in the changing health care landscape to work collectively in order to provide the highest quality of care.

  • Community Center Collaborative

    The Syracuse Community Center Collaborative is a unique partnership of Huntington Family Centers, Syracuse Community Connections, Syracuse Northeast Community Center, and Westcott Community Center serving the four quadrants of Syracuse.

  • Greater Syracuse Works

    GSW’s members include CBO’s, education institutions, and business associations advancing equitable, dignified work opportunities for individuals across greater Syracuse. GSW convenes leaders to develop strategic workforce development responses and collectively advocate and channel community resources related to workforce development.

  • United Neighborhood Houses

    UNH leads advocacy, partners with members on a broad range of issues, and provides customized professional development and peer learning to build skills and leadership capabilities of settlement house staff. Membership engages SNCC in a state-wide network of community centers/settlement houses and informs much of our work and development.

  • NEHDA

    Syracuse Northeast Community Center works in close partnership with NEHDA to address housing, community, financial, and other concerns that SNCC does not provide directly. Our two organizations have engaged in a Secondment Agreement that allows us to more effectively provide services and best utilize funding to support our missions.
